Your resort is in Bermuda, but your reservations office is in New York. You want customers to be able to contact either location, and get the same reservations information from both offices.

^SMS|Enterprise is a fully-featured two-way interactive interface that enables your Centralized Reservation Center with reservation services for the properties operating ^SMS|Host, utilizing the same information as it exists at the properties themselves. Following a guest’s departure, information from that stay will be communicated to the ^SMS|CRS for long-term maintenance and analysis. From the property’s viewpoint, the interface provides the user with the same system-wide recognition and activity history as is maintained in the Central office.
