In November 2002, Springer-Miller Systems acquired SpaSoft. This was a large step in Springer-Miller’s plan to diversify its product line and to solidify its position in the marketplace, thus making SMS the most expansive provider of spa software in the industry.

Each of our spa products is designed to do many similar functions such as activity/appointment scheduling, resource management for providers, facilities and equipment, guest profiles and preferences, notes and itineraries, as well as group management and reporting.
